No, i have noticed when publishing/trying other games on itch.io that aren't made by "publishers" it gets flagged. Its all good and if you want run it through malwarebytes
It means your machine is infected with the Microsoft virus. If that is on purpose, you can ignore it. It is not a problem on non-Microsoft operating systems.
I'm happy that more people are seeing the point of FromSoft Games. They aren't hard for hard sake. They are trying to tell you something. The world is relentless. But you can change. You can adapt. What stands in your ways is tough but it's static. You always have the upper hand. You're made of star stuff, and you're unstoppable.
This is a phenomenal short-lived gaming experience. I love that there are multiple endings, that you, as the final boss, has a second phase, and the rapport you build up with the hero. I only have one critique of this and it is that sometimes the hero will take no damage from an attack that overlaps with his sprite, but aside from that, incredible quickfire game.
Bro this game was amazing. The concept of you being a Dark Souls Boss is really fun. And the Secret Lore in this game where the Boss slowly starts Embracing the Enemy in thier Death and accepts thier Own Death was so Cute I Love This Game.
i enjoyed the game and cant wait to run through it to see the other endings but i will say there were many times i hit the hero that it did not register and it was a bit annoying. maybe if you want it to look a little more understandable why it didn't hit him story wise, have his shield pop up or something. other wise great game
this has to be one of the more unique indie games ive played, you're role as a boss fight bur YOU'RE THE BOSS?! Very Crestive, it shows that the queen is right, the game is rigged
I saw that many people wish for and ending were the queen join the hero and Vice versa and i think that would be great (and i also want that) but i have another ending idea... soo my idea is that when the hero ask the queen whats she fears, if you choose "being leave behind" (or something like that) at the ending of the run, the queen will ask the hero for a favor, asking him to remember her and continue her legacy, leaving her mace and crown together on the field.
like the quest line of lucatiel of mirrah from dark soul 2 where at the last quest she gives you her armor set and sword and asks you to continue her legacy (also, her armor can be found in dark souls 3 so the dark souls 2 protagonist did continue her legacy)
so that my idea... I hope I can contribute something and see this in the game, although I don't think it's possible, but at least I tried.
Fun. It.. feels sad when I see the hero give up. The first ending I got was where the hero gave up. Which.. man. The cyan colored choices that looked like you could say? Hah.. Well, anyways. Funny bug where if you just.. kind of dont attack, the hero just runs in place. Managed to fix the AI by attacking once though. Also, one time.. after killing the hero while I was trying to get the hero winning ending and whatnot, the part after he dies and comes back after surviving the shockwave and dying again afterwards? Hopefully what im saying makes sense, but for some reason, that immediately sent me to the part where the hero just.. takes damage when i do nothing. I killed him like, once after he managed to make the shield, not including the kill of said loop, yet he's already saying "....Am I even improving?"

I loved every second of this, it captured the exact feeling I thought it was going for, and the ending was *chef's kiss* spectacular.

when your still he will leave do it again he will leave again but then you will be frozen and killed you won't even go to phase
when i run it it triggers windows defender
A lot of games on itch will trigger it, they are not verified by Microsoft, so Defender triggers automatically. You're safe

Windows does that to any program that doesn't pay them. Windows doesn't scan them for threats first.
